About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Django Backend Developer to join our Small Systems team at Fintiba. In this mid-level position, you'll take on the responsibility of managing multiple individual systems including our Data Warehouse, analytics, a bespoke Partner Management System, and technical interfaces with the HubSpot system. This role operates within a Kanban system and requires a high level of independence and proactivity.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Django, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.

  • Collaborate closely with the Product-Team and directly with the CTO for task prioritization and roadmap responsibilities.

  • Implement new features and maintain existing codebase to enhance functionality and integration with various internal systems.

  • Ensure system robustness, performance, and security compliance.
